CALLINA BRIDAL: GOWN LEASE & SECURITY AGREEMENT

This Agreement is a binding contract between Callina Bridal (Lessor) and the Lessee (The Bride) named below. By signing this agreement, the Bride acknowledges that the gown remains the property of Callina Bridal and agrees to the following terms of hire.

2. LEASE DURATION & LATE PENALTIES

Late Return Policy: A penalty of KSh 1,000 per day will be deducted from the security deposit starting on the 15th day of possession.

3. CARE & CLEANING POLICY

Strict No-Laundry Rule: The Bride is strictly prohibited from washing, dry-cleaning, or spot-cleaning the gown. Callina Bridal uses specialized professional services to maintain delicate lace, beading, and silk.

Unauthorized Cleaning Penalty: If the gown is returned having been laundered by the Bride, a penalty of KSh 5,000 (or a percentage based on the gown’s value) will be deducted from the deposit to cover professional risk assessment and re-treatment.

4. DAMAGE & FULL LOSS

Minor Damage: Small snags or loose beads will be repaired by our team, with the cost deducted from the deposit.

Extensive Damage: If the gown is returned with permanent stains (ink, wine, deep oils), significant tears, or burns, Callina Bridal reserves the right to retain the full security deposit or require the Bride to purchase the gown at its full retail value.
